This institute has recently started a Communication and Personality Development Cell, known as CPD Cell with the objective to polish and groom the students to the ground of personality, knowledge, sociability, attitude and skills so as to prepare them to the written tests, interviews and other competitive examinations through regular theory, lecture and practical activities.

The Cell consists of the Director of our Institute, Training and Placement Officer, the interested teachers from various departments and the special faculty members appointed for this cell.

In order to meet the desired objectives we have designed various modules of the syllabus for BE, MCA and MBA students. The modules comprise of English, Logical Reasoning, Mathematics, Management Fundamentals and General Studies. For this purpose the GD lectures assigned by the RGPV for all branches of BE will be utilized. Apart from these lecture the CPD cell will conduct special classes for all the students to accomplish the desired goals. The activities of the CPD cell will also include online tests, quiz competitions, seminars and presentations.

Furthermore, is given on competitive examinations, computer based exercises, lectures and seminars by eminent personalities and management movies. The Cell is committed to bring out the best performance of the students in various off campus and on campus drives as well as competitive exams.
